Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise or materials.
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized or manual systems.
• Regularly conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure that all goods are stored in a manner that prevents damage and deterioration.
• Fulfill internal and external orders accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their inventory needs and requirements.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
Qualification
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
