Job Details

• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills in dealing with people of limited English

• Responsible and assertive (for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources)

• Ability to supervise documentation in submitting data on behalf of clients.

• Ability to handle a busy front office (multi-task dealing with phone calls, emails, and any other office correspondence assistance)

• Polite, able to control emotion in dealing with diverse nationalities

• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

• Customer Service oriented (eye for detail, problem-solving ability)

• Ability to work under pressure and be part of the team
